Jill Applegate

USA
Many of my clients are parents who worry that they will never feel truly at home within themselves. By creating a new source of bolstering, accepting love, we can rewrite their feelings of worth, lovability, and rightness. Together through guided imagery and other attachment-based principals we work to re-build a real sense of secure attachment. It is my great privilege to see this embodied in their confidence, in their ability to share their needs and ideas with others, in their ability to comfort the young scared parts of themselves like they wish their parents had done years ago.

Martin Zobel

GERMANY
Martin is a Licensed Psychotherapy Practitioner based in Germany who specializes in attachment repair. His work is rooted in both his professional training with Dan Brown and David Elliott, the co-founders of IAT, as well as his own experience healing from trauma and insecure attachment. Having walked the walk himself (and still doing so!), he brings a deep level of attunement and empathy to his sessions. His therapeutic style is based on a non-pathologizing and un-shaming view that sees each person as a whole, rather than someone in need of being fixed.
