I’m an integrative psychotherapist in Melbourne, with a background supporting people in acute mental health settings before moving into private practice. Attachment is both my particular passion and the central focus of my clinical work. Most of my caseload is attachment-focused, helping people move from insecure to secure attachment, work through relationship conflict, and build a stronger sense of identity and confidence. Trained primarily by Traill Dowie, alongside David Elliott and Nigel Denning, I also draw on psychodynamic, somatic, and meta-cognitive approaches. What matters most to me is the relationship we build together, the safety and trust that make real change possible.
