Jacqui is an accredited integrative psychotherapist who empowers individuals to navigate the complexities of intimacy and self-worth through her therapeutic work. Specialising in attachment issues, Jacqui has trained with David Eliott, Dr Traill Dowie and Nigel Denning and has been using the IAT approach to attachment repair in her clinical work for many years. Jacqui uses the 3 pillars approach to help clients understand how their attachment styles may be impacting their relationships and internal dialogue. Her approach blends empathy with insight to dismantle the roots of low self-esteem in the service of creating greater wellbeing and stability, both in her clients themselves and in their relationships. Jacqui uses a combination of emotional, cognitive and somatic therapeutic approaches to her work and is skilled in adjusting the work to suit the individual needs of the client. As well as attachment disorders, Jacqui also works with stress, burnout, depression, anxiety, grief and trauma.
