Andrew is a PACFA-registered integrative psychotherapist trained at the Ikon Institute of Australia with Dr Tra-ill Dowie, and clinically supervised by Nigel Denning. He weaves IAT’s Three Pillars approach to attachment repair with somatic, experiential, and embodied process and mentalisation-based frameworks to co-create a relational and grounded process of healing. Andrew draws upon his deep love and experience of Indo-Tibetan traditions of contemplative development (Mahamudra/Dzogchen) in understanding how meditation can serve as a resource and ally in deep psychological integration. Inspired by his own journey, he has a particular interest in supporting meditators and spiritual practitioners-including those facing meditation-related adverse experiences-to cultivate inner security, emotional balance, and embodied courage to be and live as their most authentic and connected self.
