Refunds will not usually be issued after enrollment except in extenuating circumstances. Upon enrolment students will be automatically provided access to the IAT learning management system which is considered commencement of study.

Course Withdrawal and Refunds 

• An 80% refund is permitted if the enrollment is cancelled within 7 days of the course enrollment unless any assessments have been attempted or completed;
• No refund will be provided after 14 days of the course enrollment date unless under extenuating circumstances;
• Applications for extenuating circumstances can be applied for up to 28 days from the date of enrollment in the course
• No refund will be provided where work or assessment has been saved or submitted;

This decision of assessing the extenuating circumstances rests with the Managing Director and shall be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Applications for exceptional circumstances can be made here Apply Here
